Kerr's Thunderbolt in Sydney

Australia 1–3 England · Stadium Australia, Sydney

Kerr's equaliser lit up a packed Sydney night.

With the whole of Stadium Australia needing a spark, Kerr found one from 25 yards and put it in the top corner. It levelled the semi-final and hushed the Lionesses for eight minutes. Hemp and Russo then won it for England.
