A Header in Rome

Barcelona 2–0 Man Utd · Stadio Olimpico

Messi's looping header over Van der Sar completed Barcelona's treble.

Eto'o had Barcelona ahead inside ten minutes, stepping inside Vidić and toe-poking past Van der Sar. Late on, a weak clearance from the Dutch keeper was cut out by Puyol, Xavi crossed, and Messi looped a header over him on 70. It completed the treble: league, cup and Europe.
