Rapinoe's Parc des Princes

United States 2–1 France · Parc des Princes, Paris

Rapinoe's arms-out pose and two goals silence Paris.

Rapinoe's low free kick slipped through the box in the fifth minute, and she answered with the arms-out pose. After 65 minutes she met Tobin Heath's cross first time for her second. Renard's late header made it tense, but the hosts were out.
