Questions

Short answers to what people ask most. Anything else: [email protected]

Can I buy a shirt now?

Not yet. Checkout opens with the first drop. Join the list at nine23.online/drop and we’ll email you the moment it opens.

What are NINE23 shirts?

Replica shirts of the kits worn on the nights in the archive, made to your order. They are not official club products and not match-worn.

What is the 90-minute drop?

On each night’s anniversary, the night replays live from its original kick-off time. For those 90 minutes, the name and number on that night’s shirt are free.

Until checkout opens: add the shirt with a name and number to your bag during the 90 minutes and hold your place, and the name and number stay free on that shirt when checkout opens. The calendar is at nine23.online/drops.

What is Mystery Moment?

A shirt from a famous night, chosen for you, in your size. You find out which night when you open the sealed Moment Card in the box. Order one box, or subscribe for a box every month or every three months. You can skip or cancel a subscription any time, and we never send the same night twice. Details at nine23.online/mystery.

What is the Moment Card?

Every shirt comes with the card from its night: the date, the score, the goals, the line-up, and the goal drawn where we have it. Moment Prints use the same design, in A3 or A2, framed or unframed: nine23.online/prints.

Can I give a night as a gift?

Yes. Born On A Moment finds the great night on someone’s birthday. The gift box is the shirt from that night with its Moment Card, and your message printed on the back: nine23.online/born.

How much do they cost?

Shirts are €45, and a name and number add €10.

How long does delivery take?

Shirts are made to order and sent from our supplier, and arrive within 23 working days. Delivery to Malta and the rest of the EU is €10, free on orders over €92.

Which sizes are there?

XS to 2XL. Each shirt page has a size guide.

Can I return a shirt?

Yes, within 14 days of receiving it, unworn. Shirts with a name or number added are made for you, so they can only be returned if they arrive faulty. The details are on the delivery and returns page.

Is the daily game the same for everyone?

Yes. Everyone gets the same night each day, and a new one starts at midnight.

Where do the photos come from?

Mostly from Wikimedia Commons under free licences, or supplied to NINE23 with permission. Each photo is credited on its page.

Are the commentary voices real?

No. The commentary lines are written by NINE23 and voiced by AI.

Do you sell my data?

No. We keep very little, and nothing is sold. The privacy page has the full detail.
