Ninety-Five Minutes of Nothing, Then This

England 2–1 Slovakia · AET · Arena AufSchalke, Gelsenkirchen

Bellingham's bicycle kick rescued England with the clock gone.

England had trailed since the 25th minute and looked finished until a late long throw was flicked on. Bellingham swivelled and sent a bicycle kick in with the match one throw from over. Kane headed the winner within a minute of extra time starting.
