Saka Answers in Düsseldorf

England 1–1 Switzerland · 5–3 on pens · Düsseldorf Arena, Düsseldorf

Saka's curler rescues England, then he takes the third penalty.

Embolo put Switzerland ahead after 75 minutes and England had created little. Five minutes later Saka cut in from the right and curled a left-footer in off the far post. He then scored England's third kick in the shoot-out, three years after his miss in the Euro 2020 final.
